Mr Fu Chengyu, professor of Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business and the Chairman of Cheung Kong CEO alliance is an Funding director  of International Academy for Carbon Neutrality. He is the member of China National Science and Technology Committee for Carbon Neutrality. He is also a member of UAE COP28 Advisory Committee and the  Member of  Integrity Council, Voluntary Carbon Market. He is also  member of the Advisory Board of the Center for Global Energy Policy, Columbia University and  member of Asia Advisory Board, Yale Business School, Yale University. He is the board member of the Shanghai Tech University. In addition, Mr. Fu is also the Vice Chair , China International Council for the Promotion of Multinational Corporations (CICPMC) and Vice Chairman for China Enterprise Federation (CEF) and for China Entrepreneur.

Mr, Fu was Chairman and CEO of CNOOC（ 2003 - 2011）and Chairman of SINOPEC （2011 - 2015）。He served as a member of the board of trustees, the University of Southern California and The Board Member of UNGC.

Mr.Fu was born in 1951 in Heilongjiang province ,China and graduated in 1975 from Northeastern Petroleum Institute,China and got MS degree in 1986 from the University of Southern California, USA.
