How to attend WGC2025 as a group?

Group registration is only available for registration of more than 5 attendees and accompanying persons (including 5). For group registration, please contact the Registration Team at registration@wgc2025.com.

Terms and Conditions
Substitution Policy

Registered delegates who are unable to attend may send an alternate i.e. one-for-one substitution within the same organisation at no extra charge. Substitution request must be submitted in writing to registration@wgc2025.com until 18 April 2025. Substitution shall be deemed successful only subsequent to confirmation and response by the WGC2025 registration team.

Registration Cancellation Policy

1. All cancellations must be emailed to registration@wgc2025.com. Please include your registration name and ID. Confirmation of cancellation shall be deemed effective only upon acknowledgment and response from the WGC2025 registration team.

2. Refund of the registration fee will be as follows:

○ Cancellations received up to and including 31 January 2025: full refund less administration fee

○ Cancellations received from 1 February 2025 up to and including 18 March 2025: 50% refund less administration fee

○ Cancellations received from 19 March 2025 onwards: no refund

* Administration fee: 6% of the total registration fee paid

* Refunds will be processed within 60 days of approval of cancellation of registration.

* The above time is based on Beijing Time (GMT+8).

* The Accompanying Persons program is available for the spouse or partner of a delegate.
