Andrés is the Sustainability and Corporate Affairs Director of Frontera Energy since November, 2021. Economist with a Master's degree in Economics from Universidad de Los Andes and a Master's degree in Energy, Mining and Finance from the Imperial College London.
He was the General Secretary of Naturgas (Gas business Trade Association in Colombia) where he was in charge of the presidency for 6 months. He served as senior investment advisor in the ProColombia’s London Office, and was advisor to Ministers and Vice Ministers in the Ministry of Mines and Energy of Colombia.
He is driven by a passion for promoting and leading transformational strategies that allow the industry and its environment to find synergies to be development allies.
