Claudio Farina, born in 1975, in Snam since 2017, is Chief Strategy & Technology Officer in Snam, responsible for corporate strategy, innovation & technology roadmap definition and deployment, and ESG strategy. Previously, he was Head of the CEO Office team, and Senior Vice President Planning and Control of Industrial Asset.

Before joining Snam, he held for 9 years various positions in Vodafone Italy, including Head of Financial Planning, Analysis & Business Intelligence and Head of Strategy, responsible of leading strategic projects, M&A and strategic partnerships.

From 2000 to 2008 he covered various roles in The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), up to Principal, with multi-sector experience in Infrastructure, Energy, Public Transport, Telecommunications and IT.  Previously he was a Researcher on industrial policies supporting technological innovation in Germany and Italy.
