Mr. Dinan Huang currently serves as the Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Shenergy (Group) Co., Ltd., a member of the 12th Committee of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee , a member of the Standing Committee of the 14th Shanghai Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and a representative of the 12th Congress of the CPC Shanghai Committee, among other positions. He has been honored with titles such as "2011-2012 National Outstanding Entrepreneur" by the China Enterprise Confederation and the China Enterprise Directors Association, and "2021-2022 Shanghai Outstanding Entrepreneur" by the Shanghai Enterprise Directors Association.

Mr. Dinan Huang  has long held leading positions in key state-owned enterprises in Shanghai, possessing mature strategic thinking, extensive experience in enterprise management, and a strong sense of innovation. He leads all cadres and employees of Shenergy Group to resolutely implement the new development concepts, practice the corporate mission of “leading value creation and empowering a better life”, proactively serve major national strategies, focus on promoting the market-oriented development and innovative transformation of the enterprise, and also in striving to be the main force in ensuring Shanghai's urban energy security, the vanguard in building a new energy system for megacity, and the new force in constructing a green and low-carbon industrial and financial ecosystem, making outstanding contributions to supporting the construction of Shanghai’s “Five Centers”.
