With 20 years of work experience in the gas industry, Li Chijia has rich experiences in both academic study and industrial practices. Mr. Li is currently in charge of implementation of methane emissions reduction under the framework of MGP in Beijing Gas. He has published over 30 papers, obtained 15 national patents, and has been awarded the National Energy Administration's Second Prize for Soft Science, the Third Prize for Science and Technology in Beijing, the 23rd Outstanding Young Engineer in Beijing, and the First Prize for Innovation Achievements in Enterprise Management Modernization in Beijing, etc. He is a senior engineer at the professor level, a senior expert of the China Gas Association.

Mr. Li holds a Master's degree in Gas Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology.
