Grzegorz Stec is an experienced analyst, engineer, and manager in the Investment Department with over 15 years of professional experience in the energy sector, particularly in oil and gas. For more than a decade, he has been working at GAZ-SYSTEM, where he is responsible for the comprehensive planning and coordination of investment projects across the company. His duties include managing both annual and long-term investment plans, as well as overseeing project and program management within the company’s investment portfolio, comprising approximately 800 projects.
Previously, he held engineering and project roles at PGNiG SA and Tebodin Polska, contributing to the development of natural gas deposits and the design and construction of gas transmission infrastructure in Poland and abroad.
Grzegorz holds a Master's degree in Natural Gas Engineering from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków and an MBA from Kozminski University in Warsaw. He has also completed several postgraduate studies in GIS, Project Management, and ERP Systems at leading Polish universities. A member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), he is focused on modern business practices and is passionate about innovation, particularly the use of AI and digital tools in everyday work.
