Dr. Jason Gu is the Chief Product Officer of SENSIT Technologies, where he has been leading the design and implementation of next generation gas detection methodologies and equipment.
Dr. Jason Gu has a Ph.D. from Carnegie Mellon University in Materials Science, and a MBA from the Booth School of Business at University of Chicago.
For 40 years, SENSIT Technologies has focused on detection of methane from natural gas pipelines in distribution.
In the last 5 years, SENSIT has been applying that expertise onto workflows for detecting, locating, and quantifying leaks from other oil and gas assets like pipelines.
Our solutions range from continuous methane detection using cellular communications to next generation handheld Method 21 type equipment.
We aim to make leak detection and repair (LDAR) simpler for operators, and allow for greater situation awareness at operating sites.
