Mr. Frank Dietzsch is today head of regulatory framework gas technologies and energy systems in DVGW German Technical and Scientific Association for Gas and Water in Bonn. He has long-term experience (more than 17 years) within gas industry in topics such as security of supply, critical infrastructures, gas network transformation, transparency requirements, electronic data exchange and smart metering. He is well networked in national and European committee work and has access to the main European standardisation institutions and authorities.
Before he worked for DVGW, he was project leader of an European project on GNSS high-precision monitoring within 6th framework programm of European Commission in E.ON Ruhrgas AG, Essen.
Mr. Dietzsch was born in 1975 in North-Rhine Westfalia, Germany. He graduated as a geodesy engineer from the university Bonn in 2001. He then extended his training in the years 2003 to 2005 as an assessor for the higher surveying administrative service at the Cologne district government.
