"Zhang Yi, currently serving as the Deputy General Manager of Beijing Gas Singapore Co., Ltd., holds the technical title of Senior Engineer. Graduating from Southwest Petroleum University, she obtained a Master's degree in Oil and Gas Storage and Transportation Engineering. As a member of the LNG Committee of the International Gas Union (IGU) and a member of the National Liquefied Natural Gas Standardization Committee, she has been deeply engaged in the LNG field for many years and demonstrated outstanding capabilities in the full life cycle management of large-scale LNG projects. She participated in the construction, commissioning, production operation, inspection and maintenance, international trade measurement, safety and materials management of the Tianjin Nangang LNG Project of Beijing Gas and the Jingtang LNG Project of CNPC. With her systematic management experience, she ensured the efficient implementation of these projects.
In terms of industry standardization construction, she participated in the compilation and review of more than ten national and industry standards, promoting the alignment of technical specifications in the liquefied natural gas field with international standards. She also participated in writing three industry treatises, obtained more than ten invention patents and utility model patents in total, and published more than thirty academic papers in industry journals, establishing a complete technical chain of ""theoretical research — technological innovation — industrial application"".
In particular, in the fields of optimizing the natural gas supply guarantee and dispatching system, intelligent operation of LNG receiving stations, and the construction of new productive forces, with her cross-disciplinary integration capabilities and forward-looking management thinking, she has provided replicable practical models for the low-carbon transformation of energy enterprises, becoming a composite expert in the domestic LNG industry with both technical depth and management vision."
