Zhao Shangxin, born in 1979 in Ye County, Henan Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He holds a doctorate and is a Senior Engineer. Currently, he serves as the General Manager of the Science and Technology Department at China Oil & Gas Pipeline Network Corporation, as well as the Secretary of the Party Committee and the Company Representative at PipeChina Institute of Science and Technology. With extensive experience in the oil & gas storage and transportation industry, he has developed a strong background in compressor management, engineering construction, production operations, and enterprise management. Zhao has held various positions, including Deputy General Manager of PetroChina Beijing Natural Gas Pipeline Co., Ltd., Deputy General Manager of the Engineering Construction Headquarters at China Oil & Gas Pipeline Network Corporation, General Manager of PipeChina Construction Project Management Branch, and Executive Director/Party Secretary of PipeChina Western Pipeline Co., Ltd.
