Brief Introduction: Yan Yunjiang is currently the Secretary and Chairman of Harbin Zhongqing Gas Co., Ltd., Deputy Director of the Safety Management Working Committee of the China City Gas Association, and a gas expert of the Ministry of Emergency Management of China.

He has been engaged in gas safety management for a long time. He has organized special gas safety inspections, accident handling and investigations for many times both inside and outside the company. He is the main editor of “Code for Gas safety Production Inspection” and a lot of other enterprise standards.

He has participated in the safety inspection and supervision work of the Safety Committee of the State Council for many times, as well as handled the emergency incidents by the Ministry of Emergency Management. He has undertaken research projects of the Ministry of Emergency Management such as the "Question Bank of What One Should Know and Be Able to Do for Urban Gas Operation" and "Emergency Response to Urban Gas Incidents", and research projects of the China Gas Association such as "Safety Management of the 'Coal-to-Gas' Project in Rural Areas" and "Research on Emergency Response Plans for Common Accident Scenarios of Urban Gas".
