Mr. Haiyan WANG, Doctor of Laws, Senior Economist, Vice President of Petrochina International (PCI), is mainly in charge of the gas, electricity and carbon business of PCI, including pipeline gas import, LNG import, LNG international trading, etc. Before joining PCI he worked in the International Department of CNPC. Mr. Wang has nearly 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.

PCI is a subsidiary of CNPC that specializes in international oil and gas trade. In 2024, more than 100 billion cubic meters of natural gas was imported into China by PCI on behalf of CNPC. In 2024 the company's LNG trade volume totaled more than 13 million tons, to nearly 20 countries, ranking among the world's important LNG traders.
