Mr. Xu Bing currently serves as the Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Qingdao Energy Group Co., Ltd. He has been honored with municipal awards including the "Banner Seizing and Standard-Bearing Model" by the Qingdao 

Municipal Party Committee and Government, recognized as an "Outstanding Entrepreneur in Qingdao's Economic Development", and named a "National Exemplary Figure in Corporate Party Building Innovation for 2024", making significant contributions to high-quality development in regional energy industries and socioeconomic progress.

A graduate from the Department of Economics at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, Mr. Xu has held various leadership positions including Deputy Director of Qingdao Administration for Industry and Commerce, Vice Chairman of the Qingdao Association for Science and Technology, Deputy Director of the Qingdao State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, as well as General Manager and Chairman of Qingdao Energy Group. He concurrently serves as Vice Chairman of Shandong Gas & Heating Association and Vice President of Qingdao Enterprise Confederation.
