Dr. Zhang Jun currently serves as Chairman of the Technology Committee at ENN Group, where he leads the group’s overarching technology strategy, drives R&D initiatives, and fosters an innovation ecosystem across the organization. Previously, Dr. Zhang held leadership roles including Chief Technology Officer at ENN Energy Digital Technology. Before joining ENN, he was the CTO of Youmeng+ at Alibaba and led intelligent technology development within Alibaba's Data Middle Platform. Earlier in his career, he spent 11 years at Pitney Bowes in the United States, serving as Chief Architect and Senior Fellow. Dr. Zhang’s areas of expertise span artificial intelligence, big data, and digital product innovation.

Dr. Zhang earned his undergraduate degree from the Department of Automation at Tsinghua University, and later received his Master's and Ph.D. in Information Science from the University of Michigan.

Beyond his corporate roles, Dr. Zhang is committed to academic and social responsibility. He is an industry mentor at Peking University and Co-Director of the Nankai-ENN Cognitive Technology Innovation Center. He has also served on the Academic Advisory Committee for the School of Information at the University of Michigan and has contributed to the program committees of leading international conferences such as WWW, AAAI, and HCI.
