Fabian is the Executive Vice President, Asia for SEFE, responsible for the Asia Business. SEFE is a state-owned company headquartered in Germany, active in trading, sales, transportation and storage across LNG/Gas, Power, Carbon and Low-Carbon Fuels.

Previously, Fabian was the Group Head, Strategy & Corporate Development at Pavilion Energy and a member of the Management Committee.  Prior, he was with the Wood Mackenzie Energy Consulting Team advising governments and corporates in strategy and commercial areas. He has also worked in SLB in consulting and business development roles. He started his career in the military.

He holds a MBA from INSEAD, a M.A. in China from Nanyang Technology University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Honours) from University College London. He has also an Advanced Certificate in Sustainability and Sustainable Business from Singapore Management University.
