Mr. Tian Zhongshan has over 30 years of working experience in China’s oil and gas industry. He has been appointed as the General Manager of the Marketing Department of China Oil&Gas Pipeline Network Corporation (PipeChina) since August 2023. Mr. Tian started his career in 1991, and held various management positions in Sinopec and PipeChina. From 2006, he successively held positions as General Manager of Sinopec Henan Petroleum Company, General Manager of Sinopec Sales Co. Ltd. South China Branch, Company Representative for South China Branch of PipeChina and Chairman of Guangdong Provincial Pipeline Network Co., Ltd., General Manager of the Finance Department and the Legal Representative of Shared Operations Company of PipeChina. Mr. Tian was born in 1968. He obtained a Master's degree from Wuhan University and a Doctoral degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and pursued an EMBA at the University of Houston in 1997. He holds a Ph. D. in Management, and is a Senior Engineer and Senior Accountant. He also serves as a Consulting Expert for China Accounting Information Standardization Technical Committee.
