Ran Jing, currently serving as the Head of Global Spot Trading at CNOOC Gas & Power Group, oversees CNOOC’s short term LNG procurement, international spot trading, shipping optimization and hedging business. With over a decade of experience in international long term and short term LNG trade and negotiations, she has spearheaded the procurement of more than 50bcm of spot LNG to meet China’s domestic demand, and led the international LNG trading volume exceeding 40 million tons. In 2022, she was honored with the "Rising Star" global award in LNG industry, becoming the first Chinese female recipient to win this prestigious accolade.
