Ms. LU Feiyan has over a decade of experience in the natural gas industry. Her working experience ranging from energy and finance government sectors to gas enterprise, which helps her forming a broad perspective on both macro management and micro operation.

Ms. Lu Feiyan graduated from Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics with a Bachelor’s degree in Management and obtained a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Zhejiang Normal University. Since 2019, she has held positions as Deputy Director of the Oil and Gas Division of the Zhejiang Provincial Energy Bureau and Deputy General Manager of Zhejiang Energy Gas Group.

Ms. Lu has extensive experience in the gas industry and has engaged in the rapid development and innovative transformation of the gas industry in Zhejiang Province. She has involved in gas industry in Zhejiang Province and played an important role in the growth of annual gas consumption in Zhejiang Province from 7 billion cubic meters to 20 billion cubic meters. She has conducted the compilation and implementation of the "13th Five-Year Plan" and "14th Five-Year Plan" for gas industry development and pipeline networking in Zhejiang Province, participated in establishing gas industry reform plan for Zhejiang Province, and witnessed the integration of the Zhejiang provincial pipeline into Pipe China through a market-oriented way. She has also innovatively worked out market-oriented reform in gas industry in Zhejiang Province such as direct transactions between upstream and downstream players.
