Mr. Yin Xiang is the Chairman of Foran Energy Group Co., Ltd. and a professor-level senior engineer.

With over 30 years of experience in gas operations and management, Mr. Yin is both a key leader and a witness to the establishment and growth of Foran Energy Group. He is also a seasoned technical expert and a distinguished management professional in the industry. Under his leadership, Foran Energy successfully went public on the main board in 2017 and has since evolved into one of China’s top 500 energy enterprises. In recent years, Foran Energy, guided by Mr. Yin, has proactively responded to the shifting landscape of global energy and economic development by expanding into areas such as photovoltaics, hydrogen energy, and oil and gas trading. The company has accelerated the diversification of its business portfolio and ventured into overseas markets, with a strategic vision to drive its “third wave of entrepreneurship” through technological innovation. This initiative aims to transform Foran Energy into a technology-driven comprehensive energy service provider.

With Mr. Yin at the helm, Foran Energy has made outstanding contributions to the development of both the traditional gas industry and emerging sectors such as hydrogen energy. As a result, Mr. Yin has been entrusted with several prominent social positions, including Chairman of the Hydrogen Energy Facilities and Engineering Branch of the China Civil Engineering Society, Executive Director of the Gas Branch of the China Civil Engineering Society, Executive Director of the China Gas Association, President of the Guangdong Gas Association, Vice President of the Price and Industrial Brand Development Association of Guangdong, and President of the Public Companies Association of Foshan.

Since 2021, Mr. Yin has played a key role in driving the establishment of the Hydrogen Energy Facilities and Engineering Branch of the China Civil Engineering Society. He seeks to leverage the strengths of the urban gas industry to accelerate the widespread adoption of hydrogen energy in municipal systems through technological innovation, demonstration projects, and the exploration of market-driven business models.
