After a Master's Degree in Electronic Engineering, in the past I worked for 12 years as System Integrator in ERP solutions for medium and large companies, dealing with process analysis and implementation mainly in following areas:
• Plant Maintenance
• Quality Management
• Procurement and Material Management
I have currently been working at Snam for 8 years, where I hold the position of Senior Manager It Solutions For Asset Management & Masterdata in the unit “It Solutions for Industrial Asset” in the Technical Direction of Snam. My team and I manage the development and operation of software applications to support the management of the entire life cycle of the Snam network and plants: asset design and building, commissioning, maintenance planning, scheduling and on field execution, FMEA and risk analysis, final decommissioning, working closely with our business key users and process owners on needs identification.
Furthermore, we manage data governance processes, all the principles, practices and tools to manage the data that characterise Snam industrial assets throughout their life cycle. We work closely with our internal business on process analysis and our challenge is to make O&M processes more and more digitalized, intelligent and data driven.
