Mr Leong is Chief Executive Officer of SLNG. Prior to this, he was an Adjunct Associate Professor with NTU, Nanyang Business School and Senior Advisor to several companies. He serves as a Mentor and Resource Person with the Philip Yeo Initiative and recently completed the International Arbitration Certification program. Prior to this appointment, Mr Leong had a career of more than 28 years with the Shell Group; where he served in various roles across several portfolios in Refining, Chemicals, Trading and Supply, based in Singapore and the United Kingdom. He was a board member of Shell Eastern Petroleum (Pte) Ltd and Shell Eastern Trading Limited, which included an appointment as President of SIETCO. His senior regional responsibilities spanned geographies East of Suez.
