Experience of more than 35 years in the gas
business, in different companies, areas (commercial, planning, engineering/procurement,
regulation, stakeholder relationship, …) and responsibilities, serving in
Europe, Africa and Iberoamérica.
Among the main current international
positions, the chairmanship of the Group of Experts on Gas in the United
Nations ECE and member of the Executive Committee and Council of the IGU. Also
active in GII GNL, LNG2026 PC and the Investment Committee of BIAC/OCDE. In the
past, serving for several mandates as President of GLE (European Association of
LNG Terminal Operators) and member of the Board of GIE, ENTSOG, NGVA, Marcogaz
and Sedigas.
Main activities are compatibilized with
lecturing in post graduate studies and as adviser, speaker or moderator of
events and conferences.
Background as Chemical Engineering and Economic
Sciences and Business Administration followed by an executive program in a
business school and doctorate studies in Economy.
