Mr. LUO Daqing is currently the Secretary of CPC Committee and Vice President of SINOPEC Economics & Development Research Institute Co., Ltd. He is a professor-level senior economist, a member of the China National Committee of the World Petroleum Congress and a Vice Chairman of the China Petroleum and Petrochemical Engineering Institute. Mr. LUO graduated from China University of Petroleum with a Master's degree in Applied Geophysics. He has successively served in SINOPEC Jianghan Petroleum Administration, SINOPEC Shengli Oilfield Branch, SINOPEC Development Planning Department, and was the Deputy Director of the SINOPEC New Energy Office and Senior Expert of SINOPEC. With nearly 30 years of experience, Mr. LUO has rich experience in development strategies, market analysis, as well as industrial trends, planning, and policies in the energy and chemical sector.
