Kjell Wouters is Development Director of EXMAR working on tailor-making and implementing EXMAR’s floating infrastructure solutions (including FLNG and FSRU).

For 8  years, Kjell has extensively worked in EXMAR’s operational department on a wide range of floating LNG solutions and this in holding various responsibilities. More recently, Kjell was involved as project manager in major FSRU and FSU conversions. Today, Kjell is working within the infrastructure team focusing on several FLNG and FSRU developments and implemented the Congo FLNG project.

Kjell Wouters has a Master of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Leuven in Belgium. He is also an alumni of the KU Leuven Faculty of Engineering Technology in Geel and has multiple years of experience in the LNG industry.
