Mr. Kee graduated from the Department of Engineering at The University of Hong Kong and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration. He completed the Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School in the United States and is a Chartered Engineer as well as a member of The Institution of Gas Engineers & Managers of the United Kingdom. Currently, he also serves as a member of the 13th Hebei Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference.
