Dipl. Ing. Rastislav Zeleňák, PhD.
The Project Manager brings over 21 years of expertise in industrial gas turbine project construction, specializing in the global management of mechanical drive unit installations. With a robust background in managing complex, multi-million-euro projects, he combines strategic business acumen with practical technical proficiency. He has a proven record of enhancing the financial performance of projects through effective leadership and innovation.
He earned his undergraduate degree from the Technical Faculty of the University in Nitra, Slovak Republic, in 2000, and completed his PhD there in 2006. His professional journey began at Slovak Gas Industry (SPP), now eustream, a.s., where he joined the Reliability Department in 2004. Transitioning to the turbomachinery department in 2005, he managed significant projects, including the "Increasing the Compression Ratio on Compressor Station 01" in 2005 and the "Installation of a Tandem Turbo-Compressor on Compressor Station 03" in 2009. In 2015, he led the "Expansion of the Distribution Node with Installation Technologies for Natural Gas Transmission – Compressor Station 05."
Since January 2015, he has held the position of Head of the Transmission System Synergies Department at TSO Eustream, managing ETR (Energetic Transformation) projects in 2020. In September 2022, he became a member of the International Gas Union (IGU).
