Dr. Nadia Haddoum-Kherfellah is a Business Development and Marketing Project Manager at SONATRACH, bringing together extensive experience in academic research and practical engineering applications. With 26 years of service at SONATRACH and five years as a university lecturer, she has built a distinguished career since joining the company in 1998.
Dr. Haddoum-Kherfellah has successfully conducted several projects in Exploration & Production (E&P), achieving notable results that have contributed significantly to the company's objectives. She is also the author of 16 journal articles and over 85 international conference papers. She has supervised four MSc projects, mentored six graduate students, and participated as a member of various jury committees. She played an active role in the European Association of Geoscientists & Engineers (EAGE) 2016 and has been a member of several steering committees, including the North Africa Drilling Conference and Rheology and Applications. Additionally, she contributed to the establishment of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum Institute in Algeria.
Since 2019, Dr. Haddoum-Kherfellah has been leading opportunity studies with foreign partners in renewable energy fields such as solar, wind, and geothermal energy. She also focuses on environmental initiatives, including carbon footprint reduction, green hydrogen development, and brine water treatment for lithium production.
