Jolinde van de Graaf is Greenhouse Gas measurement and mitigation technology program manager at Shell Global Solutions International. Her current role encompasses global technology development and deployment of novel measurement approaches for greenhouse gas emissions. In the presentation Jolinde will focus on implementation of the United Nations Environmental Program - OGMP2.0 measurement-based reporting framework for methane emissions at Shell and how better insights in emissions can drive more effective reduction.
After completing her PhD from Delft University of Technology, Jolinde joined Shell around 26 years ago. Jolinde spend most of that time working in the areas of gas processing, LNG, Gas-to-Liquids, and Carbon Capture and Storage, prior to taking up her current position. Her keen interest is to work on the interface between technology development and implementation in the business, thereby focusing on those technologies that can make a substantial impact on transitioning to a sustainable energy future.
