Ms.Feng Chenyue works at the Natural Gas II Dept. of PetroChina International since 2019. She is in charge of strategy and market analysis, hedging and optimization of the LNG portfolio of PetroChina through derivatives, and analyzing/ pricing of mid-to-long-term physical trades.

Before the current position she worked in CNPC Economics and Technology Research Institute, a thinktank of CNPC and of China, as a senior researcher. She conducted natural gas market and strategic research to support CNPC gas and pipeline business, as well as policy development of China gas industry.

Ms. Chenyue Feng joined CNPC in 2012 after graduating from Tsinghua University, where she pursued her master degree in Management Science and Engineering and bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering as well as Economics (dual degree). She is member of IGU LNG committee since 2022 and has been actively participating in relevant studies.
